Oerlikon announced today that there is a change on the Board of Directors of Oerlikon.
Pfäffikon, Schwyz, Switzerland – November 30, 2016 – Oerlikon announced today that there is a change on the Board of Directors of Oerlikon. Hans Ziegler (1952, Swiss citizen) has decided to resign as a member of the Board with immediate effect due to ongoing investigations related to his person. Hans Ziegler has been a member of the Board of Directors of Oerlikon since 2008. The Board of Directors will nominate a new candidate as a member of the Board for election at the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
