Our SafeVent®* HS850 and HS950 materials lead the industry in busbar protection, module covers, and hot gas guiding components for Lithium-ion batteries. Designed to protect against thermal runaway and electrical arcing, the components direct hot gas and conductive particles to non-critical areas and provide an insulating barrier between high-voltage components.
With a thickness of less than 1.0 mm, our components are ultra-thin yet robust, 3D-formable and machinable. This makes it easy to integrate essential hot gas guidance functions to prevent hazardous arcing.
