Step 1
Your request for a system quotation with a general description of the project. Oerlikon Metco will work with you to get the following input:

We further discuss the project with your team and survey your site to ensure we have the best possible understanding of your system requirements and boundary conditions.
Step 3
Once you have accepted our proposal, designated project manager will meet with your team at project kick-off meeting at your site, leading to manufacturing start and system commissioning at Oerlikon Metco site.
Step 4
We will test your system at Oerlikon Metco in accordance to a mutually agreed pre-acceptance testing protocol. In addition, we provide operation and maintenance training for your staff on your own system at our site. At the end of this step, you will have:

Your system is installed and commissioned by Oerlikon Metco specialists at your site. We will provide:

Once your system is installed, we can further train your staff at your site with specific training for system operation, maintenance and coating application (if applicable). We will provide:
